Chen Jingchuan, a mathematics teacher of special grade, was awarded the title in 2002. He was born in November, 1962. He is an instructor in Outstanding Teachers' Workstation in Haidian District and a part-time educational researcher in Haidian District.

In his vocational career, he has gained a wealth of practical experience, which has contributed to a simple and efficient teaching style. He explored different perspectives of teaching research, and explored the methods and ways of training young teachers. He explored the educational value of teaching content, and designed his teaching process from the perspective of learners. As a result, his education and teaching achieved good results. In recent years, he has directed the district-leveled key research, "On the Strategies of Non-intellectual Learning Difficulties in Senior High School Mathematics", municipal key research "On the Contents and Conduction of Traditional Culture and Education", and some innovative experiments including the "Soar Plan". He perfectly combined teaching and researching. Besides, he has been tutoring High School Mathematics Olympiad and many of his students have won the first prizes in provincial leveled competitions.
