Zhao Qianxiang, a Chinese teacher of special grade, was awarded this title in 1992. He was born in February, 1948 and enjoyed a special government allowances from the State Council. He was awarded as Outstanding Head Teacher Pacesetter of Jilin City, Special Model Worker, Outstanding Communist Party Member Pacesetter, Outstanding Communist Party Member of Jilin Province, Top-Notch Talent in Specialty and Techniques, National Outstanding Teacher, Hong Kong Pennington Education Foundation Golden Globe Award (honor), Third National Ten Outstanding Young Teachers in Middle and Primary School and many other awards.

Zhao Qianxiang is a chef expert and Professor of "Beijing Normal University's Teachers of Special Grade National Training Project", master's instructor in Teachers of Special Grade Work Center of Capital Normal University, Associate Professor in Department of Chinese Literature in Northeast Normal University, expert of China Next Generation Committee Education Development Center, chef expert of China Teacher's Education Video Network, director of Academic Committee of Beijing Municipal Middle and Primary School Education Institute, member of the Ninth Academic Committee of China Education Association's Middle School Chinese Education Committee.
