Chen Xinfu, a chemistry teacher of special grade, was awarded this title in 2009. He was born in October, 1966 in Anhui Province; graduated from the department of chemistry in Anhui Normal University with a bachelor's degree. Mr. Chen was entitled "Academic Leader", "Pioneer of Scientific Research", "Meritorious Teacher for National College Entrance Examination", "Special Contributor to National College Entrance Examination", "Advanced Educator", and "Excellent Head Teacher". He has published more than 20 academic papers on magazines including Teaching and Learning Reference for Middle School Chemistry and Chemistry in High School, and he has co-written two textbooks in chemistry. More than 30 of his papers have been awarded the first, second and third prizes respectively in various competitions. His students, namely Hou Yuze, Zhang Dazhen, Chen Xibi, won the first, second and third prizes respectively in the "Chinese Chemistry Olympiad" in 2012. Mr. Chen himself was also granted "Excellent Guide Teacher Award" many times. He has also actively participated in a number of research projects.
