From August 16th to 19th, the 18th Soong Ching Ling Youth and Children's Invention Awards National Finals were held with great success in Hefei, Anhui.
A remarkable creation, "Multifunctional Microscope for Dynamic Target Tracking Imaging", jointly developed by students Fu Yutong of 8th-grade class 13, Li Chenxuan of 8th-grade class 18, and Xu Boran of 8th-grade class 2, won the Gold Award for Invention (Guided by Advisor: Fu Jing). In addition, Gao Ziyue of 7th-grade class 17 won the Silver Award in Artificial Intelligence (Programming) for his innovative work titled "Clustering of Life Features Based on Wolfram Cellular Automata" (Guided by Advisor: Tan Hongzheng). Finally, Wang Yiyang from 8th-grade class 5 won the Bronze Award for Invention with his work titled "Integration and Development Application of a Multi-sensor Intelligent Drug Management System" (Guided by Advisor: Fu Jing).
Fu Jing, a distinguished educator from the Tsinghua University High School Advanced Research Laboratory, was honored with the Excellent Advisor Award, standing out as the only recipient from Beijing in this year's competition.
