On the afternoon of March 9th, it was an honor forthe lecture series "Tsinghua Dialogues with Masters"to invite Ms. Li Jiao, deputy director of Research Center of Ideological and Political Teaching and deputy dean of School of Marxism of Tsinghua University, to give a lecture on "Where are China's Youth Going". The lecture was held for teachers and students of Senior Grade 20 in the lecture hall on the third floor of Qingyan Building. Cao Haixiang, secretary of Party Committee of Tsinghua University High School, Zhang Jie, deputy secretary of Party Committee of the school, Xu Wenbing, vice principal of the school, all the teachers of Political Teaching and Research Group and teachers and students of Senior Grade 20 listened to the lecture.

Students listen carefully and ask questions actively
Ms. Li Jiao called on the youth in the new era to have the mind that "success does not have to be mine", but also to have the responsibility that "I must make a contribution to success", to shape a new outlook and show new achievements when facing unseen changes in this century. After the lecture, students actively asked questions, and discussed with Ms. Li Jiao about the challenging mission of contemporary youth, the value of collectivism in the present, the unique connotation of socialist freedom, equality and power, and how to hold on to their beliefs in uncertain times, as well as other topics.
