
Pan Tianjun, male, Han nationality, born in December 1980, native of Dangyang, Hubei Province. He completed his postgraduate education at Beijing Normal University (BNU), where he earned a Master's degree in Physics. He joined the Communist Party of China in March 2004. He graduated in August 2004 and has been working at Tsinghua University High School (THUHS) ever since. He is currently a senior secondary school teacher, a member of the Beijing Physics Society, and a specially appointed expert at both the Beijing Education Examinations Authority and the National Education Examinations Authority (NEEA). He has long been engaged in front-line education and teaching, having served as homeroom teacher, grade level leader, lesson preparation group leader, teaching and research group leader, and deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office. He currently serves as the Party Branch Secretary of the Physics, Technology, and Physical Education Teaching and Research Section, as well as Group Leader of the Physics Teaching and Research Group. He is known for his innovation in teaching, with long-term practice in flipped classroom instruction and lesson-guided learning approaches, through which he has developed effective teaching models. In his educational practice, he is enterprising and guided by the philosophy of maintaining steady resolve while employing flexible methods. He has built outstanding class collectives where students excel in both academics and physical education, boasting an uplifting spirit. These classes have achieved consistent success in competitions and the National College Entrance Examination.
