Wei Lei, Han ethnicity, was born in 1973. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, an associate research fellow, and holds a master's degree. In November 2023, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Tsinghua University High School. He has long been engaged in ideological and political education, as well as discipline inspection and supervision work. He has held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Disciplinary Committee Office at Tsinghua University, Deputy Director of the Supervision Office, and Director of the First Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the Discipline Inspection Institutions.
