Bai Xuefeng, male, was born in 1971, and graduated from Inner Mongolia Normal University in 1995. He is a CPC member and a senior Chinese teacher. He served as the Director of the Student Development Center of Tsinghua University High School and has taken the post of Vice-principal since July 2015. He was successively hired as the leader of the Haidian district head teacher, the first member of the Haidian District Headteacher Studio, and the member of the Haidian District Teacher Ethics Propaganda Group. He has been the main lecturer for Haidian district headteacher training, new teacher training, and national poverty-stricken areas’ headteacher training of Tsinghua University Education Poverty Alleviation Project many times. He won the Special-class Award of Bauhinia Cup Excellent Headteacher of Beijing Municipality, Award of 2013 China Education Teacher of Sohu.Net, Teacher Morality Example of Haidian District Education System, Excellent Teacher of Haidian District Education System, Top 10 Headteacher of Haidian District High School, Teaching Innovation Prize of Haidian District, Excellent CPC Member of Tsinghua University and other honors or title. In the aspect of teaching, he deeply studies the essence of the subject, emphasizes the accumulation of basic Chinese knowledge and the training of reading and writing ability, and focuses on the cultivation of learning habits and the improvement of humanistic quality. He adheres to "taking students' questions as the starting point and taking students' harvest as the goal" for class teaching. The teaching method is flexible and the teaching achievements are extraordinary.
