On the afternoon of April 8th, the lecture series "Tsinghua Dialogues with Masters" of Tsinghua University High School was honored to invite Cai Jiming, deputy to the National People's Congress and director of Center for Political Economy of Tsinghua University, to give a keynote lecture for all the teachers and students of senior grade 21 on "Getting Close to NPC and CPPCC".

Honored as the "Land Representative", Professor Cai Jiming has been an NPC deputy for many sessions. Since he was selected as an NPC deputy in 2013, the proposal he submitted every year focused on the reform of the rural land system. Professor Cai guided students to take a closer look at the land problem, while explaining the Government Work Report and analyzing essential problems of two sessions in 2022, such as employment, people's wellbeing, etc.
