Zhang Su

Zhang Su, female, Han ethnicity. Born in 1977. Member of the CPC. After graduating from the Department of Mathematics at Northeast Normal University (NENU) in 2000, she furthered her education at Capital Normal University (CNU), obtaining a Master's degree in Education in 2006. Currently, Zhang is a senior mathematics teacher and a key teacher in Beijing. For years, Zhang has been committed to practical teaching, and has won top prizes in Beijing's teaching competitions. Moreover, she has frequently led research courses at both the Ministry of Education and city/district levels. Her insightful papers on pedagogical methods have been awarded first place in Beijing and published in prestigious academic journals. She has also written a teaching monograph. In terms of educational research and development, Zhang has been actively involved in the Ministry of Education's initiatives on middle school examination design and evaluation. She has made significant contributions to key district-level projects and has led a specialized educational technology project in Beijing. Zhang Su has also served as a member of the compulsory education expert committee in Haidian District. Her dedication to her profession earned her the title of an exemplary "Four Haves" teacher (an award given to those who exemplify the four virtues: belief in ideals, strong moral sense, sound knowledge, and a loving heart). In 2022, Zhang Su was named "Beijing's Outstanding Teacher."
